Team

Our team of consultants not only have advanced degrees and maintain certifications in areas relevant to our business such as Myers Briggs, but they have held senior management positions in Fortune 500 firms prior to working as external practitioners. We bring to the table not just theory, but practical expertise.

Our President and Founder, Pauline Higgins, has over 25 years of experience as an internal and external practitioner in the field of Organizational Development. Her expertise includes Strategic Planning, Reengineering, Orchestrating Change Initiatives, Cultural and Organizational Change. She is also an expert in the design and delivery of training. Pauline has held several Vice President level positions in private industry. As President of SICG, she has assisted Federal, State and local Government, private and non-profit organizations through major projects related to Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Teambuilding and Conflict Resolution. She has also assisted our clients in the areas of Management Development and Executive Coaching.

Pauline has conducted many public seminars related to Human Resources and Organizational Development, has been published and has been chosen an adjunct faculty member for The Federal Executive Institute (United States Federal Government).
